Let's toast to Brezza Riva Riserva!

On September 28th, we presented Cantina di Riva's crown jewel to the press.

The time has come also for our Brezza Riva Riserva 2016 Trentodoc classic method sparkling wine. After three years of maturation, on September 28th, 2020 we presented to the press, to our members and to our customers Cantina di Riva’s crown jewel.

After the spectacular operation that took place on June 27th, during which a maturation period began in the depths of Lake Garda for 1,216 bottles of Brezza Riva Riserva Blanc de Blancs, on September 28th there was the presentation of the 2016 vintage of the noble "brother" Brezza Riva Riserva, on sale from 29th September in our shop.

Aged for 36 months, our Brezza Riva Riserva 2016 is a sparkling wine with very fine bubbles and abundant foam, with a tertiary bouquet in which you can recognize a mineral note, the frankness of the vine, the fragrance of yeast and fruity notes reminiscent of pineapple and green apple. It is full-bodied wine with good aromatic and harmonious persistence.
