The new Trentodoc Metodo Classico rosé sparkling wine from Cantina di Riva.

Brezza Riva Rosé Extra Brut is born, the new jewel of Cantina di Riva, fruit of the work and passion of our vine-growers and of the mastery of our oenologists. A wine created with the desire to exalt and express even more our vision and mission, expressed in our slogan: passion, quality and territory.

Brezza Riva Rosé is the second bottle in the line to boast the new restyling studied and created by the famous wine designer Mario Di Paolo, which not only emphasises the quality and elegance of the wine, but also places the cooperative's greatest resource, the terroir, in the foreground. 

This wine matures for more than 24 months on the lees and is composed of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, carefully selected from vineyards suitable for the production of Metodo Classico sparkling wine, thus representing the excellence of Trentodoc.
